Applying proven methodologies
to drive technology implementation success
The Engagement Advantage

The CHORD Technologies engagement advantage is rooted in the core belief that people remain the single greatest competitive advantage to any organization.  Aligning the team and enabling every member with the knowledge and tools that allow them to make the greatest possible contribution.

Methodology

How do teams quickly integrate new members?   What is the most effective way to store institutional knowledge?

At CHORD Technologies we answer these questions and many more with and through our methodology.  Grounded in project fundamentals our methodology allows new members to quickly learn what we do and how we do it.  It provides a framework that along with the program vision guides the team through the execution of the project.  The methodology is a benchmark of performance and a warehouse to store lessons learned.  Our methodology is a dynamic knowledge source that utilizes static content and a live network of company experts.  In some people's world it takes a village.  With CHORD Technologies we engage the entire team.
Governance

Within our company and with our customers our governance procedures ensure the consistent delivery and alignment within the project organization.  When the inevitable unforeseen circumstance arises within a project, it is the program vision and methodology that allow the creation of aligned solutions to meet the challenge.  It is program governance including Change Management and the Steering Committee that ensure the new approaches are approved.
Measures and Reporting

Reporting at CHORD Technologies reflects the guidance we give our customers. First, if it's not measured it can't be managed. Next, If the decision or action for any measure can't be defined as well as the triggering measure event, then what you really have is another business distraction. Consider the standard automobile
dashboard.  You manage your speed with the speedometer.  When the oil light comes on you check the oil. So ask yourself, when driving an automatic transmission car what do you use the tachometer to do?  How many business tachometer reports come to your mailbox every day, week or month?
